Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals following menu planners and district requirements.
• Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Develop and post work schedules for continuous service.
• Maintain records including meal counts, orders, inventory, and reports.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and report malfunctions.
• Supervise student workers and staff; assist staff in nutrition promotion.
