Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Kentucky required progress toward GED.
• Ability to understand oral and written directions.
• Must complete and recertify food service training as prescribed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cooking and preparation of meals.
• Work on the serving line and ensure food quality.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in the kitchen.
• Assist Manager with inventory and weighing/measuring foods.
• Perform duties of Manager in absence of the Manager.
• Attend six hours of annual continuing education in addition to food safety training.
