Job summary

The Nutrition Group in Kentucky is seeking a School District Chef to lead daily café operations, manage staff, and coordinate catering for district programs in a day-shift environment. You will oversee ordering, inventory, and vending, while ensuring high-quality meals and compliance with school nutrition guidelines.

This role requires strong leadership, at least 5 years in culinary roles with 2 years in management, and ServSafe certification; a Culinary Arts degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of culinary experience.
• Minimum 2 years in management, training, and food-cost management.
• Knowledge of HACCP and National School Breakfast/Lunch Program.
• ServSafe certification required; degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
