Annapolis Middle School is seeking a School Nutrition Assistant Manager (Level 4) to supervise nutrition staff, assist the Nutrition Manager, and participate in cooking, serving, and inventory activities.

The role requires flexible hours with extended hours and potential overtime. Responsibilities include maintaining food quality, temperature control, and safe sanitation while preparing records for the Manager.

Responsabilités

• Maintains optimum standards of food quality through standardized recipes and cooking procedures.
• Participates in the preparation, cooking and serving of food.
• Maintains correct temperature of foods and monitors quality and quantity of products.
• Inspects food, supplies and equipment deliveries for quantity and compliance with specifications.
• Assists with inventories of food, supplies, and equipment as directed.
• Maintains sanitary and safe conditions through approved cleaning practices.
• Prepares and forwards records to the Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned within the same classification or lower.
