Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; able to read and understand English.
• EPA universal certification and CFC recovery skills are required.
• Minimum five years' experience in commercial refrigeration, electrical and plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair all types of refrigeration, cooking, food production and laundry equipment.
• Inspect appliances to identify issues and determine the root cause.
• Select and order parts as needed for the department.
• Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns.
• Maintain inventory of Spare parts and general maintenance supplies.
• Adhere to safety protocols and handle hazardous materials properly.
• Fill out work orders daily and respond to emergencies.
