Job summary

Roseville Area Schools seeks a Nutrition Services Assistant for Falcon Heights Elementary School. This 3.25-hour-per-day, five-days-a-week position follows the school-year calendar with shifts typically 9:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

No evenings, weekends, or holidays. Under supervision, you will prepare and serve meals, clean work areas and equipment, operate the point-of-sale terminal, and assist with basic kitchen tasks.

Qualifications

• Food handling experience is preferred.
• MSNA Certification preferred but not required.
• ServSafe Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, this role completes a variety of tasks in the school kitchen; prepares and serves food, cleans work areas and equipment, operates a point of sales teminal/register, and counts with accuracy.
• The Nutrition Services Assistant connects with students and makes a difference in the lives of our community's children on a daily basis.
