This full-time leadership role will guide Hawaii Keiki nurses and health technicians, training and mentoring staff to ensure top-tier school health services in the Campbell-Kapolei Complex Area.

The position emphasizes collaboration with teachers and administrators, with a focus on promoting health, well-being and academic success for students.

Qualifications

• Requires active RN license in Hawai'i.
• BLS for healthcare provider certification required.
• Experience with electronic health records and program reporting.
• One year in community-based health, school nursing, or pediatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school nursing leadership and professional development to Hawaii Keiki nurses and health technicians.
• Mentor and support nursing staff; train on clinical practices and program objectives.
• Collaborate with teachers, office staff, and SHA to deliver comprehensive school health services.
• Participate in committees and stakeholder groups to support school health initiatives.
