Job summary

University Health Partners of Hawaii in Ewa Beach, HI, is seeking a Complex Area Lead RN to supervise and develop the Hawaii Keiki nursing program within Campbell High School. This full-time management role combines clinical leadership with staff mentoring and program oversight.

The Complex Area Lead RN will train Hawaii Keiki RNs, APNs, and health technicians, participate in committees, and support nursing practices in the school setting while coordinating with teachers and school

Qualifications

Associates Degree in Nursing.
Possession of a current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in Hawai'i.
BLS for healthcare provider certification.
Experience with electronic health records and program reporting.
One year of experience in community-based health settings, school nursing, or pediatric nursing; or equivalent combination of education and/or professional experience.
Knowledge of state medical information release procedures and laws.
Knowledge of HIPAA rules, regulations, and compliance.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations for blood borne pathogens.

Responsibilities

Lead professional development and supervision for Hawaii Keiki nurses and health technicians.
Mentor Hawaii Keiki RNs, APNs, and health technicians; provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and health staff to promote student well-being and academic success.
