Job summary

Ro Health is hiring a licensed LPN/RN to support students in local schools. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 3pm, aligned with school hours, and offers competitive hourly pay with benefits.

Qualified candidates will hold WA nursing licensure or a WA compact license, CPR/BLS certification, and a current TB test. Per diem options and supportive onboarding are provided by Ro Health.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with providers, teachers, and parents.
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or illnesses and develop emergency plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's health and follow-up care.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods; occasional bending, crouching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Overview:

• In-person
• Schedule : M-F 8am-3pm (school hours)
• Compensation:
  • LPN - $34-38/hr
  • RN - $40-45/hr

Responsibilities:

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnessesDevelop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
