Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring licensed LPNs to support students in Washington public school districts for the school year. Positions are in-person, with schedules designed to complement your lifestyle and provide weekly pay.

Responsibilities include managing care for students with chronic conditions, providing 1:1 support, handling immunization records, delivering first aid, and developing emergency plans. New grads are welcome; start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• WA state nursing license is required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience with pediatric or school health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Provide 1:1 support that may include g-tube, trach, catheter, diabetic management, seizure precautions, etc.
• Monitor immunization records to ensure state regulatory compliance.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate, confidential health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding health status and follow-up care.
• Stand, walk, and sit for long periods; occasional bending, crouching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
