Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a licensed LPN or RN to provide school-based nursing support in Spokane, WA, during the upcoming school year.

In this full-time, in-person role, you will manage care for students with chronic conditions, coordinate with families and school staff, and maintain confidential health records while following state regulations. LPNs earn $34-38/hr and RNs $40-45/hr, with comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• WA state nursing license or compact WA nursing license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Current negative TB result.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding their child\'s health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).

• Schedule : M-F 8am-3pm (school hours)
• Compensation:
  • LPN - $34-38/hr
  • RN - $40-45/hr
