Job summary

Ro Health is seeking licensed LPNs or RNs to support students in a school-based health program in Washington. In-person role with M-F 8am-3pm, aligned with school hours, and responsibilities that include coordinating care, managing immunizations, and providing first aid.

Salary ranges are listed per credential: LVN $34-38/hr and RN $40-45/hr. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, 401k with matching, direct deposit, and commuter support. New grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• WA state nursing license or WA compact license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Current negative TB result.

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of students with chronic health conditions by coordinating with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents.
• Monitor and manage immunization records to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for injuries or sudden illnesses.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Communicate with parents regarding their child’s health status, concerns, and follow-up care.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Frequent bending, crouching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
