Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 nursing care for a student in a school setting in New York. The role involves monitoring health conditions, administering medications, and ensuring student safety throughout the school day.

Responsibilities include G-tube and feeding tube care, tracheostomy and ventilator management, diabetes care, seizure monitoring, and other specialized nursing needs as required.

Qualifications

• LPN license issued by NYS with at least 6 months bedside nursing experience.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Ability to work independently in a school setting.
• Ability to communicate with families, school staff, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care duties and treatments as per care plan.
• Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
• Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
• Coordinate care with a wide array of health care professionals.
• Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
• Must lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand/work for extended periods.
• Additional responsibilities as required.

Schedule : Monday - Friday : School Hours

(with potential for bus rides or after school needs )

Pay : $38 / hour

Position Overview :

We are currently seeking compassionate LPNs to provide 1:1 nursing care for a student in a school setting. In this role, you will monitor health conditions, administer medications, and ensure your student’s safety throughout the school day.

Compensation :

• LPN : $38/hour
• Weekly pay - direct deposit
