Job summary

Tucson Unified School District is hiring a part-time Campus Monitor to assist site staff in monitoring and guiding student behavior across hallways, classrooms, cafeterias and outdoor spaces.

Effective from 2026-2027 school year, the role is 0.75 FTE (approximately 6 hours per day) on a 9-month calendar, with eligibility for district benefits limited to hours per week. Applicants must speak, read, and write English and have experience working with youth.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE

• FBI fingerprint background check.
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
• Department of School Safety Campus Monitor Training

Location: Wheeler Elementary School-22nd St & Wilmot Area - 1 position available
FTE: .75 -6 hours per day
Work Calendar:9 month

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
