Job summary

Tucson Unified School District inviting applications for a part-time Campus Monitor at Grijalva Elementary School (Drexel & Mission Area) to assist staff in monitoring and guiding student behavior during daily activities in hallways, classrooms, cafeterias and outdoors.

Requirements include fluent English, experience working with youth, and successful completion of an FBI fingerprint background check plus immunization proof (MMR).

SUMMARY

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Speak, read and write in English
• Experience working with youth

REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE

• FBI fingerprint background check.
• Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
• Department of School Safety Campus Monitor Training

COMMENTS

Effective: 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR

Location: Grijalva Elementary School - Drexel & Mission Area - 1 position available

FTE: .50 - 4 hours per day

Work Calendar: 9.5 month

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
