Ingham ISD is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to deliver therapeutic services to eligible students within the Mason, MI area. The role involves student assessment, direct therapy, crisis response, and collaboration with school staff and families.

Qualifications

• State-approved licenses in psychology or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in social work, counseling, or psychology in school or clinical setting.
• Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities applicable to school-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health treatment services and periodic progress reporting.
• Provide consultative services to staff and parents within a pre-referral process.
• Conduct mental health assessments and develop individual care plans.
