Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a Mental Health Facilitator (10-mo) to coordinate referrals and delivery of mental health services as a liaison between the school and district.

You will work with administrators, teachers, and the school-based mental health team; provide case management for Tier III services, direct counseling, crisis intervention, and documentation for insurance/Medicaid claims. Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred; PREPaRE within one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mental health field required; master's preferred.
• Certification as MH services provider preferred (e.g., School Psychologist, LCSW, Licensed Mental Health Counselor).
• Youth MH First Aid and PREPaRE certification must be obtained within one year.
• Experience in data gathering and crisis intervention is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals and act as liaison between the school and district.
• Provide individual student case management for Tier III needs.
• Deliver mental health and behavior supports, coaching, and training to schools.
• Assist in threat/risk assessment and monitor intervention plans.
• Provide direct service mental health counseling and document services.
