Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and active licensure in mental health.
• DESE School Social Worker licensure required; LICSW preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in school-based mental health services.
• Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and evaluate school social workers per DESE SISP standards.
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to the MH team.
• Lead multidisciplinary team meetings with social workers, psychologist, and BCBA.
• Develop school-wide mental health programs and MTSS delivery.
• Coordinate partnerships with external agencies and community providers.
• Deliver short-term counseling and refer for long-term care.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA, HIPAA, and special education requirements.
