Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work required.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in school-based mental health services.
• Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision and/or team leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and Evaluate School Social Workers under DESE SISP standards with Director and Assistant Director.
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to school social workers.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings with school social workers, school psychologist, and BCBAs.
• Coach staff with ongoing professional growth and performance feedback.
• Coordinate crisis response protocols for students in need of immediate mental health support.
