Qualifications

• Must complete sanitation training and pass the Food Handler's Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, production, planning, food ordering, inventory and record keeping.
• Collect money for lunch and ala carte items; operate the POS system and generate reports.
• Interact professionally with students, faculty and parents; maintain a positive environment.
• Carry out kitchen duties including dishwashing and sanitation.
• Adhere to safety rules, wear proper attire, and attend training sessions.
• Support school meals promotions and participate in cross-training as needed.
• Maintain forms and records; assist with after-hours catering if required.
• Respect co-workers and follow school district policies.
