Responsibilities

• Works with food preparation, production, planning, food ordering, inventory and record keeping.
• Collects money for lunch and ala carte sales with a working knowledge of the POS system; operates a POS station.
• Interacts with students and school faculty in a positive, constructive manner.
• Kitchen duties including food production and operating a dishwasher.
• Maintains sanitation practices and a positive work environment.
• Attends job-related training classes and workshops.
• Follows safety and sanitation standards and uses chemicals properly.
• Follows manager directions and works as scheduled.
• Maintains required forms and records.
• Washes dishes and pots/pans.
• Notifies manager of personal days in advance.
