Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prep food for breakfast and lunch service.
• Assist with preparing sandwiches, salads, fruit and other items.
• Set up and stock the serving line.
• Serve breakfast and lunch to students.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Follow portion control when serving food.
• Keep kitchen, prep and serving areas clean and organized.
• Wash dishes and assist with kitchen cleanup.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Label, date and store food properly.
• Follow FIFO procedures.
• Assist with receiving and stocking food and supplies.
• Work as part of a team to ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
