Aufgaben

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Set up and stock cooking stations before service
• Prepare meats, vegetables, sides, and other menu items
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely
• Monitor food temperatures and maintain proper food safety standards
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized
• Follow proper food storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
• Assist with food preparation and production as needed
• Complete opening and closing duties
• Work with other kitchen team members to provide fast, quality service
• Follow all company, food safety, and workplace safety procedures
