Qualifications

• Previous experience in school meal programs preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion control.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Help prep and serve menu items, keep station stocked, and follow serving-size and dietary guidelines.
• Operate the POS system and process student meal transactions accurately.
• Follow simple recipes and maintain cleanliness using FIFO.
• Support food safety procedures and complete basic logs/production records.
• Assist with balancing daily transactions and student accounts.
