Responsibilities

• Lead daily food production by preparing meals and ensuring serving-time readiness.
• Maintain kitchen organization, FIFO storage, and HACCP logs.
• Champion food safety and ensure safety checklists are followed.
• Provide daily leadership and troubleshoot kitchen issues.
• Manage inventory and ordering, adjust menus, and maintain prep lists.
• Train and develop staff, and support district kitchens when needed.
• Communicate with supervisors, staff, and customers about updates.
