Job summary

Lunchtime Solutions, Inc. seeks a Kitchen Manager to lead daily kitchen operations at Bishop Heelan Catholic Schools. You’ll oversee food production, inventory, safety, and team coordination to ensure timely, high-quality meals for students and staff.

You’ll supervise staff, manage menus and orders, and uphold HACCP and safety protocols while fostering a collaborative, efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in food service.
• ServSafe certification or willingness to complete.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficiency with computer systems (Microsoft Office, POS).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and food production following recipes.
• Maintain HACCP logs, records, inventories, and FIFO storage practices.
• Coach and supervise kitchen staff; ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate ordering, menu adjustments, and prep lists for service days.
• Communicate with supervisors, staff, and school clients about operations.
