• Must complete training for certification of beginning school nutrition personnel and seek SNA certification.
• Be compliant with HACCP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and bakes rolls, breads, cakes, cookies and other baked goods.
• Cooks meat dishes, vegetables, salads, sandwiches and soups.
• Monitors food temperatures to ensure safety and quality.
• Serves meals and replenishes serving containers.
• Maintains clean, sanitary kitchen facilities and stores supplies.
