Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the National School Lunch Program.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen and service areas.
• Ensure food supply during meal periods.
• Store and dispose of unused food properly.
• Prepare menu item lists.
• Monitor student choices to meet nutrition requirements.
• Clean refrigerator and storeroom regularly.
• Support other duties to ensure efficient operations.
