The ideal candidate holds an active LPN/LVN license, at least one year of nursing experience (preferably in school, pediatric, or public health), and is able to meet contract

• Current, active LPN/LVN license.
• One year of nursing experience, preferably in a school, pediatric, community health, or public health setting.
• Experience working with children and adolescents.
• Knowledge of community health resources and public health services.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
