Delta-T Group seeks Licensed Practical Nurses to support students during the 2026-27 school year. The role includes care, health monitoring, and coordination with families, providers, and school staff in a school-based clinic.

Compensation starts at $30+ per hour with shifts ranging 3–12 hours weekly. You will administer medications, conduct health visits, and maintain confidential health records according to state standards.

Qualificações

• LPN licensed in the state with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• 21 years or older with TB test and background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Medication administration and Handle With Care training provided.

Responsabilidades

Our client is looking for Licensed Practial Nurses to provide support and care to students for the school year 26-27

CLIENT'S HOURLY RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS

• $30+ hr. Compensation is dependent on Contractor's experience, education, availability, and skills.
• 3- 12 hour shifts/week 7AM-7PM

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Provide compassionate care and monitor the health of students/residents with intellectual disabilities.
• Assess injuries or illnesses and determine when treatment is necessary.
• Administer medications according to standing orders and provider instructions.
• Collaborate with families, medical providers, and internal staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain up-to-date, confidential health records and documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards.
• Support students by scheduling and transporting them to medical, mental health, or specialty appointments.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between students/residents, families, providers, and school staff.
• Prepare bi-annual medication reviews and ensure lab work is completed as recommended.
• Provide education and guidance to staff regarding health protocols, emergencies, and medication safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment and follow all universal health precaution

CLIENT'S REQUIREMENTS & QUICK START PROCESS

• Minimum of six (6) months of relevant experience
• At least 21 years old and licensed as an LPN in the state.
• Current TB skin test and successful background screening
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Medication Administration and Handle With Care training (provided by client)
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, perform therapeutic holds if needed, and support students with mobility and behavioral needs.
