Delta-T Group Hartford, Inc. is seeking a School Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for medically fragile students in Old Lyme, CT and surrounding shoreline districts for the 2026-2027 school year.

New grads welcome. Per-diem and ongoing schedules are available, with normal school hours. Responsibilities include medication administration, vitals checks, and parent communication as needed.

Qualifications

• LPN license current and in good standing.
• CPR certification in person.
• Ability to pass FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal background checks.
• Must provide up-to-date medical records (physical, TB test, vaccines).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor vitals.
• Notify parents/guardians as needed.
• Assist with bus runs/field trips when required.

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Medical: administer medication and take vitals
• Contact parents or guardians if necessary
• May include assisting medically fragile children on bus runs or field trips by monitoring vitals and administering medication.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Current LPN license
• Current in-person CPR
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal
• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, Vaccines as requested
