Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Washes objects by hand or with cleaning equipment.
• Cleans dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc., and stores them properly.
• Maintains products at required levels in prep, serving, or storage areas.
• Stocks storage areas with various products.
• Cleans dining, kitchen, and storage areas and floors; removes garbage.
• Sets up or breaks down tables, snack bars, display cases, and serving lines.
• Assists with large cleaning projects as scheduled.
• Coordinates activities with others and assists cooks as needed.
• Occasionally prepares food or cooks vegetables, entrees, sauces, meats, etc.
