Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring surfaces, utensils, and equipment meet health standards.
• Safely operate and perform daily cleaning/maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment (ovens, steamers, slicers).
• Support daily operational needs of the kitchen and preserve safe food handling practices.
