Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend in-service trainings to learn job functions.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen and serving areas.
• Evaluate prepared foods for flavor, appearance and temperature.
• Inspect food items to verify quality and compliance with health standards.
• Maintain inventory and ensure supplies meet menu requirements.
• Complete monthly physical inventories and daily production records.
• Prepare food according to standardized recipes.
