Job summary

Lebanon School District R3 in Lebanon, Missouri seeks a Substitute Cook to support its Food Services department. You will assist in daily meal preparation, maintain safety and cleanliness, and help with inventory and serving duties.

The role requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and prior experience in large-scale food prep is preferred. This position is paid at $15 per hour with opportunities to work as needed in a busy school environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in large scale food preparation is preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest standards of safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist in food preparation and inventory
• Operate basic kitchen equipment and help with daily kitchen tasks
• Follow instructions from Head Cook and Food Services Director and perform other duties as assigned.
• Support staff and students in a timely, courteous manner.
