Qualifications

• Experience maintaining compliance documentation for audits.

Responsibilities

• Leads commissary staff and delivery drivers, schedule and train.
• Ensures HACCP plan execution and daily food safety logs.
• Maintains ServSafe coverage on every shift.
• Manages monthly meal cycle planning and costs.
• Coordinates with Regional Director to ensure audits pass.
