Flik Independent School Dining in Tacoma, WA is hiring a full-time Prep Cook. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with pay ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. Experience in a commercial kitchen and knife skills are valued.

Free meals and uniforms are provided at select locations. Join a team dedicated to nourishing students with fresh, locally sourced ingredients and maintaining high food-safety standards.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is required.
• Knife skills preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepares items per production sheets, following recipes and quantities.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment according to procedures.
• Assists in daily prep and customer service at serving stations.
• Keeps records and follows HACCP guidelines for food safety.
• Resolves customer concerns and supports team as needed.
