Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining in Richmond, VA is seeking a full-time Prep Cook for St. Christopher School. You will prepare meals, follow recipes, and ensure food safety per HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
