Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining is seeking a full-time Prep Cook at Kamehameha Schools, Kapalama, Honolulu. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, with a fixed pay rate of $19 per hour.

You will prep items from production sheets, follow recipes, check quality, operate and clean equipment, and ensure proper food safety and portion control. Two years of heavy prep experience are required.

Qualifications

• Previous 2 years of heavy prep experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items from production sheets following recipes and quantities.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality and serves customers efficiently.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures.
• Follows HACCP guidelines and food safety regulations.
