• Oversee kitchen operations to serve nutritious, attractive meals in a clean, caring atmosphere.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and USDA/health department regulations.
• Submit food and non-food orders, inventory, and production sheets to central office as required.
• Supervise and train up to 8 employees.
• Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion while maintaining food safety standards.
• Drive and deliver to satellite locations when needed.
