Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools is seeking a kitchen supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food safety, and maintain compliance with school nutrition programs. The role includes managing staff, inventory, and meal service coordination for 174 contract days.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, knowledge of food safety and sanitation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Certification as a Food Protection Manager is expected upon hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs to perform essential duties
• Follow standardized recipes, menus, and procedures
• Organize daily work, prioritize tasks, and meet meal service deadlines
• Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with staff, students and administration
• Obtain Food Protection Manager Certification upon hire
