Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs to perform essential functions.
• Follow standardized recipes and menus, and organize daily work to meet meal service deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with staff, students and administration and maintain records as required.
• Obtain Food Protection Manager Certification upon hire.
