Elior School Dining in Tularosa, NM is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced school kitchen team. The role focuses on quality, portion control, and preparing high-quality meals for students.

You will work with a motivated staff to maintain kitchen standards, handle food safety, and present meals creatively. This part-time onsite position offers growth within a respected school dining division.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Food handlers’ certification is a nice-to-have.
