Elior Independent School Dining is seeking an experienced cook to join a fast-paced school kitchen. You will work with a motivated staff to prepare high-quality meals in a scratch-cooking environment.

The role emphasizes portion control, food safety, creative presentation, and teamwork, with onsite hours and a friendly, student-focused culture. Prior culinary experience and customer service are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools and to identify and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
