Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Equivalency diploma and pass background checks.
• Interpret and follow recipes, safety guidelines, and HACCP standards.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Packages and fills orders for school kitchens and catering daily (25%).
• Operates bakery equipment and performs routine maintenance.
• Applies mathematics to recipes (weights, measures, quantities).
• Collaborates with central operations and kitchen staff; cover in executive baker's absence.
• Assists in daily clean-up of pots and pans.
• Adapts recipes to National School Lunch/Breakfast program regulations.
• Performs major cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, storeroom, ovens, and equipment.
• Assists with taste testing at schools and other locations.
