Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtained during probation.
• 1 year of experience in food preparation or a commercial kitchen preferred.

• Meal preparation and service aligned with daily menus.
• Assist Cook with special meals for events (birthdays, holidays, off-site activities).
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
• Clean and sanitize prep areas, equipment, and serving lines.
• Monitor inventory and complete daily production and temperature logs.
