Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in systems administration or IT support; K–12 experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of network admin, Google Workspace, and device management.
• Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Google Admin) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network infrastructure across school sites with reliability.
• Manage servers, cloud environments, and data storage; apply security patches.
• Deploy and maintain staff laptops, Chromebooks/iPads, printers.
• Administer SIS, payroll/HR, Google Workspace; manage user accounts and integrations.
• Ensure FERPA/COPPA compliance and data privacy controls.
• Provide frontline instructional tech support and training to staff.
