Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience with commercial HVAC systems; EPA 608 certification required.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC, refrigeration and mechanical systems; brand experience preferred.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics; CMMS and Google Workspace proficiency.
• Valid driver's license; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and replacement of HVAC equipment campus-wide.
• Monitor systems, maintain logs, and complete work orders in the CMMS.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule work; order parts and manage inventory.
• Maintain clean, safe mechanical rooms and comply with codes and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with facilities, contractors, and vendors for services.
• Respond to emergencies and support after-hours events as needed.
