• Assist with shutdowns of selected utility systems to coordinate with maintenance and construction activities.
• Perform service calls for occupants throughout the campus.
• Oversee trainees.
• Perform daily inspections of utility systems in assigned areas of the campus.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
