Job summary

KIPP Atlanta Schools is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support day-to-day HR functions across our schools in Atlanta. The role reports to the Human Resources Manager and provides essential administrative, systems, and customer service support, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with policies.

The candidate will handle inquiries, manage employee records in the HRIS, support engagement initiatives, and assist with vendor relationships and compliance duties across campuses

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for HR inquiries, responding professionally and timely.
• Maintain knowledge of employee resources, benefits, and HR policies.
• Process employment verifications and related documentation.
• Support HR events, staff engagement activities, and meetings.
• Manage the Substitute Vendor Partnership and portfolios from preboarding to placement.
• Maintain confidential employee files in the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
